Our Story
CCF began as a small idea — a group of two committed individuals passionate about creating change. What started as simple clean-up exercises and informal mentorship sessions soon grew into a structured foundation with a clear vision: to connect human development with environmental stewardship.
Through resilience and community support, what began as a small grassroots effort has blossomed into an organization making a real difference. Today, our programs reach schools, communities, and youth groups, inspiring hundreds of young people to take charge of their futures while caring for the planet.
